All Puppies must be picked up at my home. PICK UP TIMES ARE 10:00 - 6:00 pm ONLY, MONDAY-SUNDAY . We have our adult fur babies and horses to care for before and after those times . I live in a very small town, please keep your speed at 25 MPH otherwise our local police will ticket you !
NO PUPPY VISITATION UNTIL PUPS ARE 8 WEEKS OLD ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I do not allow early visits from prospective buyers . This would pose a SERIOUS RISK TO THE PUP YOU WANT TO SEE , THE REST OF THE LITTER , AND ALL MY OTHERS DOGS . Parvo and distemper are just the tip of the iceberg of illnesses and parasites that a stranger can bring to my home . It is my job to keep my dogs and puppies free from health risks . Anyone asking me to place a choice pup on hold for them will receive updated photos weekly or biweekly until the puppy is 8 weeks old. I do not take money up front (deposit), you will get to see the puppy in person before you pay me when it is ready to go home and after it has been vaccinated . When you see the puppy if you are unsatisfied you can walk away !

Because of a serious rise in dishonest people trying to buy my babies for quick money breeding , I have no choice but to strengthen my selling practices! This is my house where you will pick up your baby . This is the driveway you will be pulling into that day .
All my puppies are raised in my home. I keep them close so I can watch them carefully. These puppy play pens can be purchased through Walmart online. They come in a variety of colors and are a wonder safe place for your puppy ! Puppies are picked up at 8 weeks old. I do allow 2-3 days over the 8 week day to make trip arrangements. Anything over 3 days there will be a $30.00 a day Boarding fee applied. Example ( if you need the puppy to stay with me an extra week. The first 3 days are free , the next 4 days would be an extra $120.00 boarding fee) .
I am currently Not taking deposits from first time buyers because I don’t want anyone to be uncomfortable with sending a stranger money ! Let’s face it , we don’t know each other at first and I wouldn’t want to do that either , with the amount of scams out there these days . So , No Money up front for first time buyers ! Saying that , If you have previously put one of my pups on hold and then BACKED OUT , you will then be required to place a half down non refundable deposit to place a hold on a second pup. am also hoping you are an honest buyer . When you ask me to hold a baby for you , please mean it ! Backing out causes me to pass up other great homes for the baby and then it may get left behind while waiting for a serious buyer . Not only does that hurt me, but it hurts the pup.
My home ! New buyers will be picking up their new fur baby at my home as we do not ship our puppies. This is the driveway you will pull into at pick up time. This is also where we will have you wait ! This is a regulated area so please stay by your car . There are a few very good reasons ! First, this is our home. We can not be expected to allow strangers in our home. It poses serious risks for my family and our pets. Any number of bad things could happen if we let the wrong stranger in our home. We have been robbed once in the past because a bad person was allowed in the house. The second reason is it also poses a serious risk to our dogs and puppies. Many years ago I was showing my puppies in our kitchen. A couple came in and brought the parvovirus virus with them ! It was a nightmare that lasted 3 long months, and thousands of dollars for us ! Six of our beautiful fur baby passed away as a result of them coming into our home . We are dedicated to maintaining a clean healthy environment for all our dogs and puppies ! Please be respectful of our rules. We ask for appointment times for pick up. We will be watching for you , and we will come outside when we see you are here. Please try to be on time ! Before pick up, your baby will have a fresh bath, nails clipped, ears cleaned, smell good , no fleas ! Your baby will always have its first medical started and you will get a health record for your vet.
Puppy parents will be shown , keep in mind the mama has been through ALOT ! She may be a little thin from nursing her puppies, she may have some coat thinning as the mothers go through many hormonal changes during pregnancy, delivery, nursing, and then weening babies off. ( coat thinning is more obvious on smooth coated mamas)
Parasites and illnesses are contagious ! Your puppy should be kept away from other animals outside the home. Buyer should avoid taking the puppy to places like dog parks , Petco, Petsmart, Tractor Supply, Rual king, or any other public area, as this increases the possibility of exposure. People can unknowingly carry things on their clothes and shoes that could potentially be hazardous for the puppy. I also recommend that you keep the puppy in an area of your home that can be easily disinfected until the puppy has completed 3- 4 sets of shots. Vet clinics do their best to save sick contagious puppies, so please be mindful when you walk your healthy puppy into the clinic there can very well be viruses present at the vet ! Do not potty your puppy outside the vet clinic, do not walk your puppy into the clinic by leash, I recommend placing a peepee pad on the weight scale , and the exam table. You don’t know what sick puppy was there before you ! Some vet clinics are wonderful about sanitation, others not so much ! Good common since and caution will go a long way in protecting your new fur baby !
GETTING YOUR NEW FUR BABY HOME !
Your new baby will be a little upset. The drive home, leaving it’s siblings , new people holding it, new smells, new rules, being outside, all these things are a lot for a new puppy in the beginning. Your new baby may become motion sick going home. If this happens offer a little sugar water or dry food depending on the distance you are traveling. If your ride is 3 hours or less than just keep moving and get the baby home. Your puppy will more than likely CRY ! It is perfectly normal for your fur baby to cry . This is how it shows that it’s nervous , scared, lonely, ect. You must prepare you , your family and your home for the first few days to weeks. There are options for you like crate training , or allowing the puppy to sleep with someone, or letting the puppy sleep in his play pen or safe area . If crate training you should have a room set up with a door that closes to muffle the crying until the pup learns you are coming back . If the pup will be sleeping with someone , you can buy a plastic mattress cover and use washable pee pads on the bed in case of accidents until pup is house broke . Sleeping with someone is the quietest option usually..lol

BUYERS REMORSE
This happens when someone either does not prepare for the new puppy to come into their home, or does not understand the commitment when buying a pet. It can also be a result of an uneducated new pet owner, or possibly a spur of the moment purchase. There can be many reasons why someone may experience BUYERS REMORSE . Once a puppy has been purchased from me as long as it has no life threatening genetic defects I can not take that puppy back. It has been out in the world and exposed to possible illnesses or viruses . That puppy could pose a serious or even deadly risk to younger fur babies in my home. I will always offer to help YOU advertise your puppy in hopes of finding a new home . But, ultimately the placement of your puppy is YOUR responsibility !

I AM A BREEDER... Food receipts for my dogs food bills. I have more whelping supplies than I do medicine and first aid supplies. I have vaccines in my fridge, ringers on hand, my vet on speed dial and multiple puppy pens in my living room. I am a breeder, who when bad weather strikes, save the dogs/puppies before taking cover myself. My feet find the way to the puppy pens before I have even eaten breakfast in the morning and the puppy pens are my last stop before bed. Personal plans revolve around delivering or hand feeding puppies. They are made around heat dates, whelp dates, puppies going to their new homes and vet dates. I am a breeder, who has been covered in more bodily fluids from my dogs on more occasions than I care to admit. Most of the time my conversations with friends revolves around my dogs. When I get exhausted and feel like I can't do another sleepless night hand feeding a puppy around the clock every 2 hours I remind myself religiously that the hand feeding is only temporary and the reward is coming. I am a breeder who sacrifices my own sanity and rest to wake up every hour to check on a dam in labor, or soon to be. Many people wouldn't understand how it feels to have invested hours upon hours into a weak puppy to ultimately lose it and how it can feel the same as losing a loved one or the joy I feel when all the invested hours have paid off in one that lives. I am a breeder, who has bottle fed, syringe fed and even sponge fed a puppy, doing whatever it takes feeding every 2 hours and it taking 45 minutes to do it for weeks at a time to ensure it's survival. I have learned to be proficient at vaccinations, sub- q fluids, syringe feeding, , temperature taking and formulated and perfected my own puppy formula. Working out natural, well working, remedies to just about every puppy issue. My Vet knows me by my first name, and has witnessed me cry countless times. I am a breeder, to me that 63 days takes on new meaning still excited by every new life. It is I who delivers all my pups, towels and heating pads on ready, happiness and sadness sometimes intermingled. It is I who has breathed the first breath of life into a puppy who has refused to take that first breath. Even though it increases my work load, I look forward to the 14 day stage when eyes open, and puppies begin to emerge from the helplessness of newborns.Puppy breath, a first bark, and a heart of exploration. I am a conscientious lover of animals and I have found my niche. I am a breeder, and I am not cruel, dumb, uncaring or criminal. I take great responsibility for every life I bring into this world and ensure it goes to a wonderful, loving and perfect home. An extension of the same love and care they received while in my own home. I am not raking in money while sitting on my butt. Every penny I make I earn through blood, sweat, hard work and tears.
